A jury convicted Defendant Brian Avery Frierson of two counts of interstate transportation of counterfeit securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2314. The district court sentenced Defendant to 33 months imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100 for each count, with the terms of imprisonment and supervised release to run concurrently. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and 18 U.S.C. § 3742. We affirm in part and remand with directions to vacate.
