A jury convicted Defendant Brian Avery Frierson of two counts of interstate transportation of counterfeit securities in violation of 18 U.S.C. 脗§ 2314. The district court sentenced Defendant to 33 months imprisonment, three years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100 for each count, with the terms of imprisonment and supervised release to run concurrently. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 脗§ 1291 and 18 U.S.C. 脗§ 3742. We affirm in part and remand with directions to vacate.
